Class Format

Education

The first part of the class will focus on education regarding a specific region of the body and common associated injuries. Feel free to ask questions during and/or submit your questions about a specific pain you may be experiencing in that area.

Activation & Warm Up

We’ll go through specific exercises to wake your muscles up, facilitate proper movement., and feel better.

Therapeutic Exercise

Throughout the 4-week program you’ll progress through a routine to help your body be stronger and pain-free. Tailored to meet you where you are.

Price is $100 for 4-weeks.

Class size is limited to 5 people.

Payment will be collected during the 1st class.

  • No, this class is tailored towards low impact movements that make you feel better. We focus on proper mechanics and consistency before increasing the intensity of an exercise.

  • Honestly, age is just a number! Anyone who is wanting to move with better quality is welcome.

  • I am keeping the class to 5 people max. so that I can spend one-on-one time helping you properly perform the exercises and feel confident that you can continue to do them on your own.
